Most of the churches in our area have rooster weather vanes on top... I have no idea why. This is the top of the Evangelik church in our town at sunset. Yes, the clock says 4:15 and the sun is going down. Argh... winter is on the way.

On a walk through town today, I found these surprisingly spring-like flowers. Pretty shocking amongst all the dead leaves and washed out colours of late autumn.
